Day 02

• Proceed to Old City or Inner City is the historical core of Baku, the capital of
Azerbaijan. The Old City is the most ancient part of Baku, which is surrounded by walls
were well protected. In 2007, the Old City had a population of about 3000 people. In
December 2000, the Old City of Baku, including the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and
Maiden Tower, became the first location in Azerbaijan to be classified as a World
Heritage Site by UNESCO.
• After Old City guests will experience the happening street of Nizami Street known for
shopping. The street’s history could be traced back to Baku’s town-planning project
of 1864. The street runs through the city’s downtown from west to east. It begins from
Abdulla Shaig Street, in mountainous part of the city and ends at railroad bed on Sabit
Orujov Street, near a monument to Shah Ismail Khatai in “Black City”. Total length of
the street is 3,538 m.
• Fountains Square is a public square in downtown Baku, capital of Azerbaijan. The
square was previously called Parapet and is often referenced to by the same name
now. The name of the fountains square derives from the presence of dozens of
fountains throughout the square first constructed during Soviet rule of
Azerbaijan.The square is a public gathering place, especially after business hours and
during the weekend.
• Visit to the charming example of modern achticture – The Heydar Aliyev Center – a
57,500 m2 building complex in Baku, Azerbaijan designed by Iraqi-British architect
Zaha Hadid and noted for its distinctive architecture and flowing, curved style that
eschews sharp angles. The center is named after Heydar Aliyev, the first secretary of
Soviet Azerbaijan from 1969 to 1982, and president of Azerbaijan Republic from

• Proceed to Gabala .
• Excursion in: Tufandaq”Winter-Summer Tourism Complex offers cable car rides at
any time of the year, skiing on the ski tracks of different difficulty level, ski training
and ski school, catering service (cafe and restaurants), entertainment centres for kids,
hotel and other services.
• Nohur Lake -It is located in Qabala, another region of Azerbaijan that one passes when
travelling to Sheki. Lake is not on the way but if you go a bit deeper towards the
mountains this beautiful view opens up in front of you.
• Yeddi Gozel (Seven beauties) waterfalls in Gabala, one of the most popular tourist
destinations in Gabala, are located 6 kilometers from Vandam village and 3 km from
the main track over Puskan. Here, water from various ravines forms a seven-step
waterfall. Only two small waterfalls are visible below. To look at the other five
waterfalls, you have to climb up the stairs, which requires some physical strength.
However, those who are going through this difficult path await a mysterious
panorama. There is also a restaurant and a tea house. The waterfall is always dark and
cool because it is located in a dense forest that is not affected by the sun’s rays.

● Proceed to Ateshgah tour (Fire Worshippers Temple) Based on Persian and Indian
inscriptions, the temple was used as a Hindu and Zoroastrian place of worship. “Atash»
is the Persian word for fire. The pentagonal complex , which has a courtyard surrounded
by cells for monks and a tetra pillar-altar in the middle, was built during the 17th and
18th centuries.
● Trip to “Fire Mountain “-“Yanardag” -a mountain on Absheron peninsula , 25 km from
north of Baku.Literally, word “Yanardag” means “Blazing mountain”. Blazing bodies of
flame dance on stones and floor. Yanar dag is a natural gas fire which blazes
continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula on the Caspian Sea near Baku, the
capital of Azerbaijan, which itself is known as the “land of fire.”

Hotel Terms & Conditions:
● All package rates are quoted in United States Dollars per person and return seaplane
transfer
● All Villas feature Double Beds and can accommodate up to maximum of 3 adults or 2
adults and 2 children (2 – 11.99 years). Twin/Triple accommodation arrangement can
be made available on request.
● All Villas Extra rollway bed and baby cot will be provided with no extra charge.
● Accommodating children in Water Villas is with the full responsibility of the
parents/guardians, and the Resort may request to have a disclaimer form signed at the
time of check-in.
● Extra person charges are inclusive of 10% service charge, 12% TGST and the
Government Green Tax of $6 per person per night.
● Extra person(s) must stay on the same meal plan basis as the main occupants.
● Above packages cannot be combined with any other offers, except for with Celebrations
Offer (Honeymoon, Anniversary and Birthday)
● Split Stay Bookings must be checked with the Resort’s Reservations before confirming.
● The Resort reserves the right to swap the sequence subject to availability within the
same villa categories.

● The resort reserves the right to end this package any time at its discretion.
Visa Requirement and Charges:
⮚ Please check online or with our authorised representative if Travel visa is required to visit
our country. It is your responsibility to submit all relevant documents and obtain a legal
travel visa (as per requirement) before you travel.
⮚ In case your tour is cancelled or curtailed short due to visa issues, we will be unable to
provide you any refund of the tour cost.

Travel & Medical Insurance Charges:
⮚ It is Traveller’s responsibility to obtain and be in possession of the comprehensive travel
and cancellation insurance, including medical insurance with provision for air evacuation,
insurance in case of accidents, sudden sickness, medical expenses or death, before
embarking on a tour. Our company is neither responsible nor liable for any claims,
damage or loss as a result of Client’s failing to obtain necessary insurance cover.
⮚ We are however, happy to provide you travel insurance as per the plan you select which
can offer you comprehensive coverage at highly competitive costs.

Payment Terms:
⮚ 50% payment at the time of confirmation
⮚ Rest of the payment applicable as per the cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy:
⮚ We need to receive a cancellation request in writing for us to proceed with cancellation.
The following charges will be applicable based on the cancellation request received by us.
⮚ If you cancel –
o 60 days prior to departure there will be a 10% deduction on the package cost.
o 59 – 45 days prior to departure: 25% deduction on the package cost.
o 44 – 30 days prior to departure: 45% deduction on the package cost.
o 30 – 15 days prior to departure: 65% deduction on the package cost.
o 15 – 08 days prior to departure: 85% deduction on the package cost.
o 07 days or less: 100% deduction on the package cost
⮚ Any non-refundable services or hotel rooms shall be charged over and above the charges
mentioned in the above cancellation policy.

⮚ Rates are not valid for Events / Trade Fairs / Long weekends / Festivals / Blackout dates.

to change them in the same star category.
⮚ Child rates apply for children aged from 2 to 11 years old. 1 child sharing a room with 2
adults (depending on hotel policy). If the hotel does not have availability for family rooms,
adult rates will apply.
⮚ If certain tours / entrances are closed during certain periods, alternative options may be
provided.
⮚ Standard check-in time at the hotel is generally 1500 hrs. and check-out 12 Noon.
⮚ Early check-in, late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel and not
guaranteed unless paid for.
⮚ We reserve the rights to reschedule the itinerary or routing.
⮚ Unused inclusions in a tour package are non-refundable.
⮚ Tours will be seat in coach basis (Unless mentioned otherwise) where guests have to
reach on time at designated pick up point.
⮚ Any delays from your side will be considered a no show. No refund applicable in case of
no show.
⮚ Most of the Hotels/ Lodges/ Camps / Apartments may ask for a security deposit at the
time of check-in, which is refundable at the time of check-out and is subject to the
hotel/lodge’s policy.
⮚ We reserve all rights. Any damages caused whilst on tour shall be borne (paid or settled)
locally by the client, we will not be liable for the same.

changes to current operational or capacity restrictions imposed by Governments or other
